中研院潛水社訓練資格與課程內容

一、資格要求：中研院員工及其眷屬（年滿12歲以上）均歡迎報名
二、課程內容：學科課程–總計10小時
平靜水域–南港運動中心教學（視個人差異而定）
開放水域–海洋實習4支氣瓶（東北角）
三、課程費用：Open Water初級潛水課程9000元
四、課程費用含：PADI彩色全中文教材、國際潛水執照簽證費、教練費、泳池門票、海洋實習器材及氣瓶費用（重裝備）、海洋實習保險（交通費、餐費自理）
五、報名須知：填寫報名表、繳交3張兩吋彩色照片及訓練費用（報名繳費後恕無法退費）

Diving Club, Academia Sinica – Enrollment and Open Water Course

1. Eligibility: Sinica Employees and their families (over 12 years old)
2. PADI Open Water Course:
Academic course – 10 hours
Flat water course – Taipei Nangang Sports Center (class hours are depended on each person’s condition)
Open water course – Practical training at northeastern coast (four cylinder /scuba tank)
3. Tuition fee: Open Water (basic) course – NT$9,000, including PADI open water textbook, open water license, instructor fee, entrance fee of swimming pool, practical training’s scuba equipment fee (heavy gear, four cylinder /scuba tank), and practical training’s insurance fee. (Fees of transportation and meal are not included).
4. Registration notice: Please fill in registration form, hand in three 2-inch license photos, and pay tuition fee. (All the fees will not be returned after paying).
5.
